The supportive staff creates a welcoming and family-like atmosphere making you feel at home. Breakfast is fresh and delightful, and the small pool is perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.

Noise from nearby attractions may disrupt the tranquility, as it's just a short walk to the vibrant and busy center of nightlife and dining which could be overwhelming at times.

A warm family atmosphere

From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of the family. Arthur's hospitality and the gorgeous pool made each day a delight.

Had an amazing time! The outdoor pool was perfect for cooling off after a long day, and the lounge area offered great spots to relax with a drink. I did wish the AC could have been stronger during the heat wave, but the staff was quick to make things right. 😊

The King Room with Pool View provided a serene atmosphere with a lovely view of the pool. The beautifully designed garden paths made it easy to navigate the villa and enjoy leisurely strolls in the shade.

Some aspects could use improvement. the air conditioning struggled to combat the sweltering heat, especially when temperatures hit 38C. Additionally, the bathroom setup could have been better, the shower had a tendency to flood the toilet area, and a few more comfort options outside would have enhanced the experience. A full-length mirror would also have been appreciated for getting ready in the morning.

lotus haven villa was a lovely retreat. the relaxed vibe was perfect, and arthur was especially helpful. we enjoyed the beautiful pool and loved that massages could be arranged right in our room. it’s a short walk to pub street, making it super convenient for everything we needed.

Amazing service and perfect location

My stay exceeded all expectations, thanks to the incredible hospitality from Arthur and his staff. They were attentive and provided all the essential info I needed, and I especially appreciated the delicious vegetarian meal they arranged for me. This place is a short walk from Pub Street, which was convenient for exploring, and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. If only there were more shaded spots by the pool, it would be perfect.

The tranquil atmosphere and charming decor felt like a warm, inviting hug. The well-maintained garden paths were easy to navigate, making it comfortable for my friends and me during our leisurely strolls around the villa.

The kindness of Arthur and his team was genuinely amazing. Whenever I needed advice on where to grab a bite or how to navigate the local tours, Arthur was always there to help, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but pretty decent considering the service and amenities offered.

It was just a well-suited match for a flying visit in Siem Reap with good value for cost. The staff were incredibly kind and helped me when my air conditioning wasn't working during a heat wave, promptly moving me to a room with better cooling. Always check if the air conditioning is working well before settling in.

I had an amazing time! The pool was such a peaceful escape after long days exploring. The proximity to Pub Street was perfect, but also nice and quiet at night. Just wish there was a bit more shade around the pool area. 🏊‍♂️
